One2Fit is a 24/7 private fitness-room studio in Bucharest with two branded rooms — Energy (high-intensity) and Zen (low-impact). Members buy credits, book a room by the hour, optionally with a trainer, and enter via QR or Hikvision door access. A cross-platform Flutter app runs booking, Stripe payments, and trainer tools; a bilingual, brand-routed marketing site drives sign-ups.
A signature two-door brand experience — visitors choose Energy or Zen, each with its own palette, copy, and room renders.
